Since 1992, Nord Motors has been supporting customers in the maintenance of medium- and high-power thermal engines (up to 40 MW). Our expertise has made us a trusted partner, with customers placing their confidence in us both in France and internationally.
With the shared objective of maximizing equipment availability, Nord Motors schedules its operations as closely as possible to your corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance needs, while fully complying with maintenance programs.
We carry out the refurbishment of engines and subassemblies in our workshops (machining, cylinder liner honing, pressure testing, etc.). Our workshops are equipped with the necessary resources to maintain full control over all operations performed, including injection test benches, governor test benches, magnetic particle inspection, and more.
We are also equipped with a real-condition test bench up to 800 kW and provide power performance reports to guarantee your engine’s operational performance.
In addition to these facilities, we operate on-site machining equipment to perform specific operations directly at customer premises, such as engine block seating machining.

Drawing on our extensive experience, we are official representatives for the Baudouin, Volvo, and John Deere brands. We also work on all types of engines, including Wärtsilä, Pielstick, MAN, Caterpillar, MAK, Deutz, Sulzer, Cummins, Himsen, and many others. Our expertise covers both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines running on diesel, B100 biofuel, gas, and other energy sources.
Nord Motors is fully committed to safety and quality for both its customers and employees. We hold MASE and ISO 9001 certifications, as well as EDF-UTO qualifications for Case 1 and Case 2 rotating machinery operations. These certifications allow us to perform mechanical maintenance operations in nuclear power plants.

Nord Motors is an official representative of the John Deere, Volvo Penta, Baudouin, and Doosan brands, an approved NPS Diesel repairer, and also an official distributor of Alfa Laval spare parts.
Your generator sets and motor-driven pumps, operational at all times

We also perform on-site mechanical and electromechanical maintenance operations. Our teams can intervene both under warranty contracts and for repair services.
